I am a recently married, 27-year-old kindergarten teacher in upstate New York. My cooking abilities have currently been limited to whipping up our usual midweek meals, but I’ve recently had the urge to branch out and teach myself how to make some new things. I started ripping out recipes from magazines, namely Food & Wine and Everyday with Rachael Ray, and I’m ready to dig into that stack of cookbooks that we received as wedding gifts.
Aside from this newfound passion, I’m obsessed with running, reading, and relaxing with a glass of wine. I love camping, and if I could spend the whole summer wearing flip flops, sleeping in a tent, and alternating between swinging in a hammock and making s’mores by the campfire, I would be a happy, happy girl.
